You save from $520. Accounting in the package follows the Start plan: one IE, up to 1 employee, quarterly reporting. If your business grows, we will suggest another plan.
How it works
Most steps can be done remotely. You will need to come in person to receive the residence card.

IE registration
Usually 1–2 business days. We file the tax regime application right away.
Residence card
We prepare and file the documents. The whole process can take several months due to appointment queues.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a residence card through a sole proprietorship?
Yes, business activity is one of the grounds for temporary residence. From 1 November 2026 an IE needs at least AMD 1 million in business accounts or AMD 1 million turnover in the 60 days before applying. We check how this applies to you before we start. More in our article on residence permits.
Do I need to come to Armenia?
An IE can be registered remotely with a power of attorney. To receive the residence card you usually need a personal visit and fingerprinting.
How long does the whole process take?
The IE is registered in 1–2 business days. The residence card can take several months, mainly because of appointment queues. We keep your books for 12 months from IE registration.
What happens after a year?
You can continue accounting on the regular plan — from $85 per month — or switch to another plan.
Can I open an LLC instead of an IE?
Yes, but it is priced differently: LLC registration starts at $300 and LLC accounting follows the Business plan. We will find the right option on a call.
