- Bank. Current account maintenance, currency control, cards.
- Address. Renewing the lease or the legal address agreement.
- Beneficial ownership declaration: every year by 20 February, even with no activity.

How to save without taking risks
- Compare with a sole proprietorship
If you work alone, a sole proprietorship is cheaper to maintain. See Sole proprietor or LLC. - Choose a special regime right away
Applying for turnover tax at registration keeps you out of VAT from day one. - Do not get an address just for show
A lost letter from the tax authority costs more than a proper contract. - Do not keep filing nil returns
If you no longer need the company, it is better to close it than to pay for empty bookkeeping.
Common mistakes
- Counting only the registration and forgetting about monthly accounting.
- Choosing the cheapest accountant with no experience of foreign founders.
- Not budgeting time and money for opening a bank account.
